The CL-600G is a high-performance filter engineered for demanding environments. It is flame-retardant, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 120°C. The filter’s outer side, where clean air is expelled, is reinforced with a fire-resistant layer, providing added safety and performance.
Constructed from 100% polyester fibers, the filter features a progressive density structure, where the fiber density gradually increases toward the clean air side. This construction significantly improves overspray filtration by capturing a higher volume of particles, while maintaining minimal pressure drop to optimize airflow.
The media is impregnated with specially formulated adhesives that increase the tackiness of each fiber, ensuring superior particle capture. This tacky and progressively densified structure helps trap overspray and dust particles, ensuring cleaner air and consistent, steady airflow within the paint booth. The CL-600G is an ideal solution for environments requiring high dust-holding capacity and excellent overspray arresting performance.
