To ensure the integrity of the filter, an adhesive is applied to eliminate air bypass and form a rigid structure, preventing any gaps between the media and the frame. Each filter is laser-tested to guarantee heat resistance up to 80Ā°C, ensuring reliable performance under varying conditions. The optimized aerodynamics structure of the filter also ensures a low pressure drop, promoting strong airflow and better ventilation, even in demanding HVAC systems.
