    Clean-Link washable metal mesh panel filters are reusable coarse air filters designed for HVAC prefiltration, fresh-air systems, industrial ventilation, and equipment protection.

    The filter media is made from corrugated aluminum mesh, expanded stainless steel mesh, or stainless steel wire mesh. Its rigid metal structure provides good strength, low initial pressure drop, and repeated washability for applications where disposable filters may not be practical.

    These filters are commonly used as the first filtration stage to capture larger dust, fibers, insects, lint, and airborne debris before air reaches downstream fine filters, coils, fans, or ventilation equipment.

    They are suitable for projects that require durable, washable, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature-resistant air filtration solutions.

Why Use a Metal Mesh Prefilter?

Important Note on Pressure Drop

Initial resistance and final resistance should not be copied from another filter type.

Maintenance and Cleaning
