    The hot-melt pocket/bag filter uses a thermoplastic hot-melt adhesive to secure the filter media within the frame. The adhesive is applied as a liquid and solidifies upon cooling, creating a strong bond between the media and the frame. This ensures that the filter media stays securely in place, even under high airflow conditions.

    The filter media itself features a graduated multi-layer structure, with each layer having varying densities and filtration capabilities. Larger particles are captured by the outer layers, while smaller particles are filtered out by the denser inner layers. This design improves overall filtration efficiency, ensuring that both coarse and fine contaminants are effectively captured.
