The C-600G is designed to be flame-retardant, with the ability to withstand temperatures up to 120°C. The air outlet side of the media is reinforced with a fire-resistant layer, ensuring maximum safety and performance.
Constructed from 100% polyester fibers, the media is thermally bonded with a progressive density structure to enhance overspray filtration. The multi-layered design not only ensures high dust-holding capacity but also guarantees low pressure-drop for optimal airflow.
Each polyester fiber is fully impregnated with a specially formulated adhesive, increasing tackiness on every strand of the media. This results in exceptional overspray capture, as the particles are held securely by the tacky and progressively densified structure, ideal for maintaining smooth and consistent airflow in the paint booth.
