This paint booth ceiling filter media is primarily used in the spraying industry for various applications, including spray paint systems, spray workshops, and ventilation systems in industries such as electronics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, mineral processing, smelting, environmental protection, and air conditioning systems.

Made from high-quality synthetic fibers, this filter media serves as an excellent prefilter or secondary filter, effectively extending the service life of the main filter while reducing maintenance and replacement costs. The gradient density structure of the fibers increases in density towards the clean air side, ensuring optimal filtration performance. A flame-retardant mesh on the clean air side adds an extra layer of safety. Additionally, the surface is treated with an adhesive tackifier, enhancing the filter’s ability to capture particles and ensuring a longer-lasting, more efficient filtration process.
